End User License Agreement

Version of October 20, 2026

This agreement is a contract between you (the "User") and the rights holder of Lazy Creator (the "Author"). By installing, launching or using the program, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the program.

1. Subject

1.1. Lazy Creator (the "Program") is a desktop application for preparing videos: scripts, voice-over, transcription, scene images and videos, editing. The Program includes its updates.

1.2. The Author grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Program on the User's own devices under this agreement.

1.3. All rights to the Program not expressly granted by this agreement are reserved by the Author. The Program is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

The User may not:

  1. sell, rent, transfer or distribute the Program or its copies, license keys or access to paid features;
  2. circumvent the Program's technical limitations, license checks or restrictions on paid features;
  3. decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Program, except where expressly permitted by law;
  4. use the Program for activities that violate the law or the rights of third parties.

3. Free and paid features

3.1. Some features of the Program may be available only with a paid subscription or license. The scope of paid features and prices are set on the Program's sales page and may change.

3.2. Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by the sales platform through which the license was purchased, under that platform's rules.

3.3. When a subscription ends, paid features may become unavailable. Files and projects created by the User remain on the User's device and stay accessible.

4. Third-party services

4.1. The Program can work with third-party services, including ElevenLabs and YouTube. The User connects them with the User's own accounts and API keys and is solely responsible for:

  1. accepting and complying with the terms of use of these services;
  2. paying for these services at their rates;
  3. actions performed on behalf of the User's accounts.

4.2. The Author is not affiliated with these services, does not control them and is not responsible for their operation, changes, availability, account suspensions or charges.

5. User content

5.1. Rights to texts, audio, images and videos the User creates with the Program are governed by law and by the terms of the services that generated them. The Author claims no rights to these materials.

5.2. The User is solely responsible for created and published content, including compliance with copyright, the rules of YouTube and other platforms (including disclosure of AI-generated content), and the law.

6. Data and privacy

6.1. The Program runs on the User's device. Projects are stored in a folder chosen by the User; settings and API keys are stored in the Program's local settings file.

6.2. The Program sends data (texts, audio, prompts, images) only to services the User has configured and started, and only to perform the User's actions. For transcription, the Program downloads the required components once (a Python environment and a speech recognition model) from their official sources.

6.3. If the Program checks the license, it sends the license key and the technical data required for the check (e.g. a device identifier) to the sales platform. The Author does not sell or share User data with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, the Author makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted and error-free operation, compatibility with third-party services, or results the User expects to achieve (views, income, channel monetization).

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost income, data loss, account suspensions, charges by third-party services, or platform sanctions.

8.2. The Author's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount the User paid for the Program during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3. The User is responsible for backing up the User's files.

9. Termination

9.1. This agreement remains in effect while the User uses the Program.

9.2. The license terminates automatically if the User breaches this agreement. After termination the User must stop using the Program and delete its copies.

9.3. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.

10. Changes

The Author may change this agreement. A new version takes effect when the User accepts it in the Program; the Program may be unavailable until the new version is accepted.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of residence provide otherwise. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court as provided by law.

12. Third-party components

The Program includes open source components distributed under their own licenses (mostly MIT and Apache 2.0). Their list and license texts are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt next to the Program. Those licenses take precedence for the respective components.
