Channels, videos & a publishing calendar
Each channel is a folder and each video a subfolder. Set a posting period per channel and the home page shows when each channel's next video is due.
Lazy Creator handles the boring parts of faceless YouTube: voice-over, transcription, scene splitting, image prompts and editing. One portable app, nothing to install.

Every video walks through the same tabs. Each step unlocks once the previous one is done, so you always know what's next.
Built for people who run several channels and would rather not spend evenings dragging clips around.

Voice the script in one click. Use several API keys, pick from your own, shared or premade voices, tune stability and similarity, and see your remaining quota. You can also drop in your own MP3/WAV and merge files.
faster-whisper runs on your PC, using an NVIDIA GPU if you have one. Every sentence and heading of your script gets a timestamp. Supports auto-detect, English, Ukrainian, Polish, German and Russian audio.
Scenes are cut from the timed transcript. Lazy Creator builds a prompt from your script; paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any chat, paste the answer back, and every scene gets its image prompt.
Drop a whole folder of images. Files named like 00-07.png or 3.png land on the right scenes automatically. You can still replace any single scene by hand.
Text, overlay, video and audio tracks. Drag, trim and ripple-cut clips, add crossfades or dips to black, Ken Burns zoom and pan, and subtitles from the transcript. Renders MP4 at 1920×1080 with the frame rate you choose.
Projects stay in a folder you choose and API keys stay in a local settings file. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Light and dark themes, English and Ukrainian interface.
Unzip and run Lazy Creator.exe. No installer and no admin rights. The license agreement and third-party notices are inside the zip.
The app isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows a warning for any new unsigned program. Click More info → Run anyway. If you're unsure, ask in our Discord before running it.
Lazy Creator sets up its own private Python environment with faster-whisper, using uv from its official source, and downloads the speech model (up to about 3 GB for large-v3). With an NVIDIA GPU it also fetches CUDA libraries (about 1–2 GB). This happens once, takes a few minutes, and doesn't touch any Python you already have installed.
No. Voice-over through ElevenLabs uses your own ElevenLabs account and quota. If you'd rather not, upload your own recordings instead. Transcription, scenes and the editor are free and run locally. For image prompts you can use any AI chat, including free tiers.
None. There's no account, telemetry or analytics. Your projects stay in the folder you pick and your API keys stay in a local settings file. Data goes only to services you set up yourself (e.g. ElevenLabs), and only when you start an action. This website doesn't use cookies or analytics either.
